This year's Forum, held under the theme of “Civic Space and Human Rights Cities”, will feature five thematic sessions to delve deeper into various areas of human rights issues. Gwangju International Center hosts KOICA's Fellowship Program on Human Rights Administration.
Starting from July 14, over the period of 2 weeks, fourteen local government officials from five Asian countries came to Korea and participated in the first year of the KOICA’s Fellowship Program.
